Toyota Hilux VIII 2015–2025 Motorcycle Carrier Chassis Mounting Kit

The PRF-HİLUX-080 Motorcycle Carrier Chassis Mounting Kit is developed for Toyota Hilux VIII Double Cab 4×4 diesel models produced from 2015 to 2025. It provides the vehicle-specific connection required to install MOTOTRANS FIX, FOLDFLEX or SIDEFLEX motorcycle carrier systems.

The kit is installed using the vehicle’s existing rear chassis mounting points with bolted connections and does not require welding. It is configured with ARM 0102 – Standard Arm and has a maximum mounting kit capacity of up to 285 kg.

The actual permitted motorcycle carrier load depends on the selected carrier system, vehicle condition, rear axle capacity, axle loads and applicable legal limitations.

The vehicle model, production year, body configuration, chassis structure and mounting points must be checked before ordering. Hybrid 48V models and vehicle configurations outside the stated compatibility require separate verification.

This product includes only the vehicle-specific mounting kit. The motorcycle carrier platform, front wheel locking system and other accessories are sold separately.

Installation

The motorcycle carrier chassis mounting kit is installed on the vehicle’s existing rear chassis mounting points using bolted connections. Welding is not required. The vehicle model, production year, body structure and mounting-point dimensions must be verified before installation. Professional installation is recommended.

Surface protection and colour options

Natural Galvanised

The standard version is protected by hot-dip galvanising for durable corrosion resistance.

Black

The Black option uses the same hot-dip galvanised base with an additional surface coating and electrostatic powder paint for a durable and uniform black finish.
