Chausson X550 & X650 Motorcycle Carrier Chassis Mounting Kit

The PRF-CHA-X650 motorcycle carrier chassis mounting kit is designed for Chausson X550 and Chausson X650 motorhomes based on the Fiat Ducato chassis.

Vehicle specifications and rear chassis configurations may vary depending on the production year and vehicle equipment. The vehicle model, production year, body configuration, chassis structure and rear mounting points must therefore be checked before ordering.

Motorcycle Carrier System Compatibility

This motorcycle carrier mounting kit is compatible with the following systems:

• MOTOTRANS FIX
• MOTOTRANS FOLDFLEX

Installation

The motorcycle carrier chassis mounting kit is installed using the existing mounting points on the vehicle chassis and does not require welding.

The package includes the left-hand and right-hand vehicle mounting brackets. The required support arm configuration is selected according to the rear chassis and mounting height measured on the vehicle.

Available arm options:

• ARM 0102 – Standard Arm
• ARM 0103 – Middle Arm
• ARM 0104 – High Arm

Professional installation is recommended to ensure correct positioning, alignment and secure attachment to the vehicle chassis.

Load Capacity

The maximum stated capacity of the vehicle mounting kit is 185 kg.

The actual permissible motorcycle carrier load depends on the vehicle configuration, vehicle condition, rear axle capacity, permissible axle loads, rear chassis extension and applicable local legal limits. These values must be checked before loading the motorcycle.

Surface Protection and Colour Options

Natural Galvanised:

The standard version is protected by hot-dip galvanising for durable corrosion resistance.

Black:

The Black option uses the same hot-dip galvanised base with an additional surface coating and electrostatic powder paint for a durable and uniform black finish.

Package Scope

This product includes only the vehicle-specific motorcycle carrier chassis mounting kit.

The motorcycle carrier platform, front wheel locking system and other accessories are not included and are sold separately.
