Depending on the vehicle and selected configuration, MOTOTRANS systems can be engineered with approved carrying capacities ranging from 165 kg to 300 kg.

Proff Treyler FIX is a fixed motorcycle carrier designed for maximum strength, low weight and long-term reliability.
Every system is engineered specifically for the vehicle, taking into account the chassis structure, rear overhang, axle limits and motorcycle weight.
The standard version weighs 48 kg and, depending on the vehicle and mounting configuration, can be produced with a 165–300 kg carrying capacity.
For weight-sensitive applications, the full aluminium version weighs only 21 kg and offers a 165 kg carrying capacity.
FIX features a loading ramp, FRONT WHEEL LOCKING SYSTEM and 16 integrated tie-down points, making loading and securing different types of motorcycles practical and organized.

Proff Treyler FoldFlex combines serious motorcycle carrying capability with the practicality of a folding platform.
When carrying your motorcycle, FoldFlex provides a strong and vehicle-specific transport solution. Once the motorcycle is unloaded, the platform folds upward into a compact position, reducing the space occupied behind the vehicle.
The standard version weighs 56 kg, while the full aluminium version weighs only 26 kg. Depending on the vehicle chassis, mounting kit and configuration, the system can be engineered for 165–300 kg carrying capacity.

Proff Treyler SideFlex combines motorcycle transport with practical access to the rear of your vehicle.
Its side-opening structure allows the complete carrier to swing away while the motorcycle is loaded, giving you access to the rear doors without unloading your bike.
The standard SideFlex structure weighs approximately 68 kg, while carrying capacity is determined according to the vehicle chassis, mounting kit and selected configuration.

MOTOTRANS MOVERDOWN is a powered lift motorcycle carrier designed to eliminate difficult ramp loading.
The platform lowers to ground level, allowing you to load and secure the motorcycle before the system raises it smoothly into transport position.
MOVERDOWN offers a 175 kg motorcycle carrying capacity and features a FRONT WHEEL LOCKING SYSTEM and 16 integrated tie-down points for practical loading and flexible securing.
For heavier motorcycles, POWERDOWN combines the same ground-level loading and powered lifting technology with a foldable platform, offering a carrying capacity of up to 300 kg, depending on the vehicle and installation configuration.

MOTOTRANS FIX features 16 integrated tie-down points positioned around the carrier. These connection points provide multiple strap routes, allowing the motorcycle to be secured according to its size, wheelbase, frame geometry and preferred tie-down direction.
FRONT WHEEL LOCKING SYSTEM
The FRONT WHEEL LOCKING SYSTEM supports and positions the front wheel during loading and securing. By keeping the motorcycle correctly positioned while the tie-down straps are tensioned, it makes the securing process faster, easier and more practical.
SECURING GUIDANCE
HOW TO SECURE YOUR MOTORCYCLE CORRECTLY
Correct securing is essential regardless of the motorcycle’s size or weight. Always use load-rated ratchet straps and structurally suitable attachment points.
At the rear, use two independent ratchet straps—one on the right and one on the left. Connect them to strong rear frame points or load-rated luggage-rack mounting points and tension both sides evenly in a downward direction. Reduce excessive rear suspension movement, but never compress the suspension completely. Do not attach straps to plastic bodywork, cases or decorative rails.
At the front, use one dedicated wheel strap. Where sufficient clearance is available, route it over the front tire and beneath the fender, keeping the ratchet mechanism on the wider, vehicle-facing side of the carrier. Apply only light tension. The strap prevents upward wheel movement while the FRONT WHEEL LOCKING SYSTEM supports and positions the front wheel. Ensure that the strap cannot contact or damage the fender, brake hose, ABS cable, brake disc or other sensitive components.
Do not pull the motorcycle downward from the handlebars and do not fully compress the front suspension. The handlebars and control components are sensitive to repeated road impacts. Allowing controlled suspension movement helps the motorcycle absorb unexpected bumps instead of transferring every impact directly to the motorcycle, carrier and vehicle chassis.
Before driving, perform a firm movement check, confirm that every hook and ratchet is correctly seated, and secure all loose strap ends. Recheck the complete tie-down system after the first 10–20 km and at regular intervals during the journey.
This securing method has been refined through extensive real-world experience and continuous product development. Safety is our first priority. Motorcycle, vehicle and strap manufacturer instructions must always be followed.
