MOTORCYCLE CARRIER CHASSIS MOUNTING KIT FOR SPRINTER, CRAFTER, TGE AND GRAND CALIFORNIA

The PRF-SPR-021+119 is a heavy-duty, vehicle-specific chassis mounting kit designed to securely connect MOTOTRANS motorcycle carrier platforms to compatible Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Volkswagen Crafter, MAN TGE and Volkswagen Grand California vehicles.

It is compatible with MOTOTRANS FIX, FOLDFLEX, SIDEFLEX and POWERDOWN motorcycle carrier platforms. The combined PRF-SPR-021+119 structure supports different compatible chassis mounting layouts, providing a strong and secure connection between the motorcycle carrier platform and the vehicle chassis.

COMPATIBLE CHASSIS MOUNTING DISTANCES

Compatible with chassis mounting points measuring 925 mm, 980 mm or 1003 mm from centre to centre.

UNIFIED MOUNTING SYSTEM

The PRF-SPR-021+119 combines the PRF-SPR-021 mounting bracket with the 119 adapter set. This allows one mounting kit to cover the chassis mounting configurations previously served separately by PRF-SPR-020 and PRF-SPR-021.

PACKAGE CONTENT

One mounting kit includes a complete left- and right-hand vehicle bracket set together with the required 119 adapter components.

INSTALLATION

The mounting kit is installed using the vehicle’s existing chassis mounting points and does not require welding. Vehicle measurements and mounting points should be verified before ordering and installation.

SURFACE PROTECTION AND COLOUR OPTIONS

Natural Galvanised

The standard version is protected by hot-dip galvanising for durable corrosion resistance.

Black

The Black option uses the same hot-dip galvanised base. A cataphoretic coating (e-coat) is applied over the galvanised surface, followed by an electrostatic powder coating cured in an industrial oven. This multilayer treatment provides durable corrosion protection and a uniform black finish.

Please note: This product includes the vehicle mounting kit and 119 adapter components only. The motorcycle carrier system, carrier platform, front wheel locking system and other accessories are sold separately.
