Mercedes-Benz Vario W670 Motorcycle Carrier Chassis Mounting Kit

The PRF-VARİO-150A motorcycle carrier chassis mounting kit is designed for Mercedes-Benz Vario W670 vehicles belonging to the 66x and 67x model series, manufactured from 1996 to 2013.

The kit is suitable for both short- and long-chassis Mercedes-Benz Vario models. It provides the vehicle-specific connection required to install MOTOTRANS FIX, FOLDFLEX and SIDEFLEX motorcycle carrier systems.

The left and right vehicle mounting brackets are installed using the existing chassis mounting points and do not require welding on vehicles with the standard compatible chassis configuration.

The maximum carrying capacity is up to 300 kg. The permitted load always depends on the vehicle’s condition, chassis configuration, rear axle capacity, total permitted weight and applicable legal limitations.

The vehicle model, production year, model series, chassis length, body configuration and rear mounting points must be checked before ordering.

This product includes only the vehicle-specific motorcycle carrier chassis mounting kit. The motorcycle carrier platform, front wheel locking system and other accessories are sold separately.

Installation

Installation is carried out using the vehicle’s existing chassis mounting points and does not require welding. Before installation, the vehicle model, production year, W670 / 66x–67x model series, chassis length, body configuration and rear mounting points must be verified. Vehicles with modified rear structures, body extensions or non-standard equipment must be inspected separately.

Surface protection and colour options

Natural Galvanised

The standard version is protected by hot-dip galvanising for durable corrosion resistance.

Black

The Black option uses the same hot-dip galvanised base with an additional surface coating and electrostatic powder paint for a durable and uniform black finish.
