Compact When Folded
After unloading your motorcycle, fold the platform upward to reduce the space occupied behind your vehicle. The carrier stays installed in a more compact configuration whenever you are not transporting your motorcycle.
Tow a Trailer or Caravan When Folded
When the platform is folded and your vehicle is equipped with a suitable towbar, you can tow a trailer or caravan. This allows you to keep FoldFlex installed while maintaining your vehicle’s towing functionality.
Carrying Capacity Matched to Your Vehicle
The standard FoldFlex version weighs 56 kg, while the full aluminium version weighs 26 kg.
Depending on the vehicle chassis, rear overhang, axle load limits and mounting configuration, the system can be engineered for 165–300 kg carrying capacity. The appropriate capacity is determined by evaluating the vehicle and selected system configuration together.
Practical Loading and Motorcycle Securing
A loading ramp, FRONT WHEEL LOCKING SYSTEM and 16 integrated tie-down points make loading and securing motorcycles of different sizes more practical.
The FRONT WHEEL LOCKING SYSTEM temporarily supports the motorcycle during loading and securing. During transport, the motorcycle must be properly secured using appropriate tie-down straps attached to suitable mounting points.
Vehicle-Specific Mounting
Every FoldFlex system is evaluated for the vehicle on which it will be installed. Vehicle chassis, motorcycle weight, vehicle height, rear overhang and mounting geometry are considered when determining the appropriate mounting system and carrying capacity.
Equipment for the Journey
Depending on the selected configuration, corrosion-resistant construction, a 13-pin electrical connection and E-marked LED lighting complete the FoldFlex system.
Carry your motorcycle when you need it. Fold the platform when you don’t. With the platform folded and a suitable towbar fitted, continue towing your trailer or caravan.
